I'm a fully qualified Person-centred counsellor and a registered member of British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and my experience within counseling is extensive, having worked with all genders and ages from 16 upwards not only within my private practice but within a variety of organizations whilst training and ongoing since qualifying including Blue Door and Hull & East Riding Breast Friends where I continue giving my time in a volunteering capacity. I also bring to the table a wealth of life lived experience having dealt with my own childhood trauma and bereavement issues something I believe to be invaluable as experience is for me the highest authority. 

Also a qualified Dance and Movement coach with more than 30 years experience in many forms of dance, Somatic exercise, Meditation, Health and Wellbeing I utilize my extensive mind and body knowledge to enhance the Person-centred framework of honesty, acceptance and empathy creating a pluralistic method of working which enables me to provide individual counselling sessions that cater for the specific needs of each client.
