Person-Centred Therapy is based on the idea that we all have the ability to grow and heal when we feel truly heard and supported. In our sessions together, you'll set the pace and decide what feels important to explore. My role isn't to give instructions or advice but to walk alongside you as you make sense of things in your own way.
There is no pressure, no agenda and no 'right' or 'wrong' way to do therapy here. Each session is led by what feels most important to you in that moment. Over time this process can make you feel lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself.
Acceptance, Understanding, Authenticity, together these create a supportive environment where you can feel safe to open up and discover more about yourself.
